Purpose of the role: Aims & Goals:

As a Business Development Executive in Biomedical Sales, your primary goal is to support our client’s business growth by increasing revenue and developing and maintaining a solid business reputation and presence. Your contribution will be essential to their success in the competitive biomedical field.

Develop, build, and maintain customer relationships and enhance the company’s reputation.

Increase revenue and contribute to the business’s continued success.

Key Tasks:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve individual and company sales targets
  • Customer Engagement: Identify and engage potential customers, build strong relationships, and understand their needs and requirements
  • Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of the features, benefits, and applications of our product range. Lead by example and guide the sales team in promoting these offerings
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the value proposition and unique selling points of our equipment to increase industry awareness of our brand and solutions
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to secure orders and maximize profitability
  • Account Management: Manage and nurture existing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term relationships, both directly and through our sales team
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and potential threats
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and provide sales forecasts to management
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, sales, and customer support, to ensure a seamless sales process and an outstanding customer experience
  • Industry Events: Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network, generate leads, and promote our company’s products
  • Tenders: Assist with and complete tenders by applying your knowledge of our products and industry expertise, contributing to our growth targets
