We have an exciting opportunity to join our well-established client in Nottingham assisting with the day to day running of their facilities. Our client proudly holds years of successful research into medical, veterinary and scientific problems that are faced world-wide, some examples are Acute Kidney Injury and bone grafting.

Our client houses a range of animals from rodents to fish, to large animals and are looking for a hardworking, experienced individual to join their team! This position is open to Animal Technicians of all levels, so responsibilities may vary depending on your experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Reporting and resolution of any impact on the health of the animals

· Providing food, water and environmental enrichment

· Measuring and recording of body weights, food and water consumption

· Cleaning and sanitisation of all facilities

· Monitoring and general upkeep of all the animal facilities

Skills and Experience:

· Previous Animal Technician experience

· A passion for working with animals with 3R’s initiative
