S3 Science is a successful niche, Life Science recruitment agency with offices based in Yorkshire and Kent. We are excited to be hiring a Social Media and Digital Marketing apprentice to join our growing team of professionals.

Role:
Primary function: to facilitate and manage S3 Science’s presence on social media via all available platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) as well as on our own website with weekly updates and posts. To create and distribute social media content using video and Adobe Sparks (or similar software) with the sole purpose of increasing our profile, followers and candidate pool.
Secondary function: to assist the Operations Manager with ad hoc duties including the collation and monitoring of temporary S3 worker time sheets.
Full training will be given during the apprenticeship, both via the course learning and content as well as any specific software package training (ie Adobe).
Responsibilities:
- The development of marketing materials, both digital for social media and hard copy for exhibitions
- Reviewing replies and responses on social media platforms
- Producing and reviewing analytical data to monitor platform trends, and the increase or decrease in traffic and followers
- Production and distribution of digital and hard copy training certificates for candidates completing our training programme.
- To assist with the, production and distribution of individual recruitment consultants presence on social media.
- Quarterly and annual digital newsletters announcing the achievements and interest of the company throughout the year.
- Monitoring and removing / updating data on our the website with the help of our web developer
- Ad hoc administrative task requested by the Managing Director and Finance / Operations Manager.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A keen interest in recruitment and driving sales through social media
- Keen to work and succeed in a sales environment
- Eye for detail
- Creativity and willingness to expand on their basic knowledge of social media platforms
- A full UK drivers license with access to their own vehicle
