Animal Care Technician

As an Animal Care Technician, your primary function is to ensure that all the husbandry and welfare standards are maintained to the highest level. The Role
As an Animal Care Technician, your focus for this role is to ensure that husbandry procedures are followed for all laboratory species on site. This will include feeding, watering, bedding and cage changing. You will also be involved in delivering essential care and well-being services to the animals including positive reinforcement training.
Skills and Experience:
Knowledge of animal behaviour, anatomy and animal environmental welfare is required,
however full training will be provided even to those with a degree.
