We are looking to recruit intelligent, charismatic Trainee Recruitment Resourcers on a full-time permanent basis. Responsibilities:
- Advertising vacancies on the S3 website, 3rd Party Job boards and social media platforms
- Running candidate searches on both our internal candidate database and our paid for, 3rd party candidate databases. Contacting these candidates via the phone to discuss and effectively promote and sell our clients vacancies by discussing salary, availability, location, etc
- Following up you initial candidate telephone call with emails and diarise call backs
- Finding out what our candidates careers aspirations are and matching them to the relevant S3 vacancy
- Asking candidates for referrals of friends/colleagues, etc.
- Sending trained and vetted candidates to the recruitment consultants to forward onto their clients
- Managing existing candidates
- Qualifying and Pre-Screening new registrations
- Formatting CVs and portfolios
- Provide support for the sales and training team
The ideal candidate will have:
- A keen interest in recruitment and if possible also Science
- A full UK drivers license with access to their own vehicle
- Keen to work and succeed in a sales environment
- Previous sales experience is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
The successful candidate will receive full recruitment training and a level two in recruitment.
