Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We have over 30 years of recruitment experience, with over 20 years of recruitment experience in the Life Science Sector.
We are looking to recruit intelligent, charismatic Recruitment Consultants from Trainee to Experienced grades on a full-time permanent basis. You must have access to your own vehicle to reliably commute to our offices.
Some of the duties are outlined below, but not limited to:
- Advertising vacancies on our website and 3rd Party Job boards
- Generating Leads from candidates
- Generating new candidates from referrals
- Contacting existing candidates from our CRM database and new candidates from applications
- Managing candidates through their recruitment journey
- Qualifying and Pre-Screening new registrations
- Applying for and chasing references
- Recruitment support for the team
The ideal candidate will have:
- A keen interest in science (developing new medicines and therapies)
- A full UK driver’s license with access to a vehicle
- Ambition, drive and a clear view of where they want to be in 12 months’ time
- The energy and willingness to succeed in a busy, working environment
- Previous sales or customer service experience
