Regional Manager
Loughborough, East Midlands

Our client is a well-known company bringing clarity to drug discovery around the world. They support biopharmaceutical companies in solving some of todays most serious challenges in drug discovery. They are currently looking for a Regional Manager/Director to join their Human Resources team, taking on duties such as being be responsible for full spectrum of HR operational management. This role comes with many benefits, including remote working which may be available, as well as a market-leading salary on offer for the successful candidate.

 

Main responsibilities as a Regional Manager/Director include but not limited to:

  • Developing organisational strategies by identifying and researching HR issues, this includes; contributing information, analysis and recommendations to organisation strategic thinking and direction, as well as establishing HR goals and projects in line with organizational objectives
  • Providing business partnering and various HR support to the business within Europe and the UK
  • Facilitating the change management process in response to different level of organisational development process in response to different levels of organisational development initiatives
  • Providing support as a mentor or coach to others inside the company on various HR programs and projects
  • Participating in the development of HR Strategies along with other HR co-colleagues, as well as suggesting problem solution approaches and procedures, and effectively managing them
  • Ensuring effective delivery by managing project meetings, estimation, requirement, scheduling and planning efforts, risks and project budget

 

 

What skills, experience and qualifications do I need?

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or law or Psychology
  • MBA is desirable
  • Around 15 years’ experience in MNCs or FIEs, life science industry is desirable
  • 5+ years professional experience with full responsibility in Human Resources overall managing, this includes, but not limited to; HR Admin, Organization, Employee Relations, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance Management etc or HRBP responsibilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence across the organisation and externally, as well as having the confidence to represent the team
  • The ability to work in multi-functional, multi-cultural teams, with proven team work and experience collaborating across organisational boundaries and locations
  • Possess a high degree of confidentiality
